The Piedmont Clinic’s leadership structure has evolved to match the reach and responsiveness maturity necessary to support of a provider network now serving communities that representing nearly 85% of Georgia’s population. This past year marked the culmination of a multi-year effort to reimagine governance, resulting in a fully engaged, 20-member Board of Directors that reflects the diversity of our geography, specialties and employment models of our network. Guided by updated bylaws, the Clinic Board is better equipped to support the scope and complexity of the Piedmont Clinic network, both today and in the future.
